A 1:1 remedial exercise session offers fully individualized support tailored specifically to your body, goals, and movement needs. These sessions focus on addressing imbalances, improving mobility and strength, and supporting recovery from injury or ongoing limitations through targeted, evidence-informed programming.
Each session is designed entirely around you—your assessment findings, progress, and how you’re feeling that day. Exercises are carefully selected and adjusted in real time to ensure proper technique, appropriate challenge, and continued progression.
This option is ideal for those looking for a highly personalized approach, whether you’re managing pain, returning to activity, or aiming to improve overall movement quality and performance with dedicated one-on-one guidance.
-
Group remedial exercise for chronic conditions offers a supportive, structured environment focused on improving function, managing symptoms, and building confidence in movement. These sessions are designed for individuals living with conditions such as chronic pain, arthritis, or other long-term health concerns, with an emphasis on safe, progressive exercise.
Participants will often work through similar foundational movements; however, each exercise is tailored with specific modifications or progressions to meet individual needs and comfort levels. Close coaching ensures proper technique, appropriate intensity, and ongoing adjustments as you build strength, mobility, and resilience over time.
This format is ideal for those who value guidance and community, while still receiving individualized attention to support long-term health and quality of life.
